INTRODUCTION

FifteenOff.com is operated for and by towed watersports enthusiasts. The purpose of the site is to provide a place where Waterskiing enthusiasts, and any other boating and watersports aficionados can help each other, give advice, buy and sell (non-commercially) and generally share their love of all things waterskiing.

The site welcomes ALL tow-boat water sports enthusiasts including, but not limited to, water skiing, wakeboarding, kneeboarding, hydrofoil, barefoot, tubing, wake surfing and any future tow-boat based water sports.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Use of this site signifies your agreement with the following terms of use. If you do not agree with any of these terms of use, please do not use this site. Fifteenoff.com (the "Operator") reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms of Use at any time and you agree to be bound by such modifications through your use of FifteenOff.com.

TRADEMARKS, COPYRIGHTS & RESTRICTIONS

All materials on this site, including, but not limited to, images, illustrations, audio clips, video clips (the "Materials") are protected by copyrights which are owned or licensed by the Operator. FifteenOff.com is a trademark of the Operator. You may not reproduce, perform, create derivative works from, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way whatsoever any Materials from FifteenOff.com or any other web site owned or operated by the Operator without the prior written permission of the Operator. POSTING GUIDELINES, FORUMS & GALLERIES

We recognize that you post to our bulletin boards, personal messaging, forums, and galleries (the "Forums") to contribute to FifteenOff.com community. Without everyone's contributions the community would not be viable. Even so, the Operator must protect itself and ensure it is operating within applicable laws. The intent of the Operator is to preserve its rights to operate the service and preserve your rights to the content you submit to our Forums.

Thread hijacking - Please stay on topic. Posts that are blatantly off topic from the original thread's subject could be subject to deletion without warning.

Sexual content - There will be no nudity or content that is sexual in nature allowed. We realize that bikinis & boats go together, but there is a line that can be crossed so please use common sense in this matter. Those of us on the Site Crew want this to remain a family-friendly site that is safe for our kids to view while we are, as well as make sure that everyone is comfortable viewing this site. This applies not only to images posted in threads & the galleries, but to avatars as well. As a guideline, when you post an image or upload an avatar, ask yourself if it's something that's appropriate for children to view. Ultimately this issue will be governed by the discretion of the Site Crew and what they deem to be appropriate, but the bottom line is that we ask members to be respectful of others with regard to this issue & what their comfort levels may or may not be.

Politics & Religion - These topics are allowed in their own threads in the Off Topic Forum only. Please refrain from bringing up these topics in an existing thread. If you want to discuss politics or religion, please start a dedicated thread for them in the Off Topic area, that would be perfectly acceptable. Please realize that these are volatile subjects & we are trying to avoid having a thread about spark plugs turn into an 8 page heated debate over whose religion is better.

Retailers & Vendors - This site is for the enjoyment of our members. Please do not use it for advertising products or other websites, or to contact other members regarding such products or websites. If you have a service or product that you feel our members may benefit from, please contact the moderating team prior to posting.

Group Buys - If you find a product for which you would like to run a group buy, please contact an administrator prior to posting any details. Furthermore, please keep vendor and pricing details off of the forum as this can sometimes create future problems for the vendor.

The Operator does not and cannot review or monitor every posting made on its web site and on the Forums, and is not responsible as such for the content of such postings. TERMINATION

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, as it is applied to agreements entered into and performed within that State.
