Heavy

Spent 2 months trying to get as close to losing 20lbs as possible. Worked out like a madman. I'm heavier. So now what? The wife unit is on a diet/nutrition thing right now that involves this cookbook published by the militant wing of the vegan malitia. All sorts of stuff that does NOT look like food.

Hate to think it'll come to being the crash test dummy for meatless souless food.

Getting desperate.

    Seriously. I know this sounds crazy coming from the guy who just weeks ago was whining about his new ski and skiing slump. This is the same guy who did not run a full pass for most of August.     There is nothing quite like the soreness one experiences during those first few days of ski school during Spring Break. When you make your first time out on the water in 6 months a full-on run for the buoys, then rip into those same sore muscle groups over and over- it's exponential and it's brutal.
