Added "New Forum Topics" block, upper left
Enhanced Recent Comments block extensively, including link to parent post
Blended my "Blog" and user "Diaries" together as one big happy family, rearranged menu accordingly
Rearranged a few blocks around the site
Eliminated "most popular entries" block, which didn't work right anyway

Hope that helps with the usability of the site a bit. Let me know if you have any other suggestions.
