This is the first video post in a while. I had to use the gopro on the windshield since there were just 2 of us. This is a typical set right now. I caught a full pass at 15/30 and 5 balls at 15/32 and really should have run the 32 for the first full time but lost the handle after 5 ball.
I feel body position is better but I think more hips forward into the wake is still needed. Felt like a fairly decent set behind the malibu. The starts are so quick compared to my searay and the wake is almost non-existant!
I know its difficult to see much with the camera being so wide but I will gladly take and suggestions. I am thinking seriously about skiing my first 'real' tournament on Labor day weekend in Eminence, KY and I figure at this point I could realistically run my 28 and 30 pass and maybe a 32.

johnseed, may I respectfully submit the same reply to you as to fu-man. I know the video is not very sharp, as you say, but one can still freeze frame. When doing so right at the first wake, what do you see? I see a ski pointing straight up, a result of being flat, and a body as straight as a board.
A wise man once wrote, "First, let me assure you that I know it isn't easy to do, i.e., get, and hold, an edge. It is somewhat difficult, it yields scary speed, it is not (necessarily) natural, and it is not as much fun as jumping the wake. However, it is to be avoided at all costs. You MUST produce angle to get to the next buoy, and ZERO angle is being produced riding flat."
johnseed, you note that the wake on the Malibu is almost non-existent so use that to your advantage: get that cotton-pickin' ski on edge through the wakes!
Looks like a beautiful site where yall ski so enjoy the rest of the Summer and hope you can improve nicely.
