This post contains about the most unflattering pictures of me skiing that I could possibly find. The reason I'm sharing them is to illustrate what I feel is a "condition" that many beginning slalom skiers suffer from: the involuntary wake reflex. The first picture illustrates this condition from the front, and the second from the rear.
